Do I need experience to work in disability support?
Experience in disability support or aged care is helpful, but not always required. We welcome individuals with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing respectful support.
What qualifications are needed for disability support roles?
All of our staff require an NDIS Workers Screening check, a current Working With Children check and Police Check, as well as proof of residency/right to work in Australia.
We also require all of our staff to have up to date first aid and CPR training.
Do you offer flexible working arrangements?
Yes, we aim to offer flexible opportunities where possible. Working arrangements may vary depending on participant needs and service requirements.
Do you provide training and support for staff?
